What Could Possibly Go Wrong? Week 2

Trawling the DoneDeal classifieds to feed my addiction, I happened upon this project. http://cars.donedeal.co.uk/for-sale/vintagecars/4142682?
Part Beetle, part scaffolding pole. Zero weather protection. Listed at about twice what it's worth. It's still using the donor cars suspension setup, so there's not a lot of clearance or travel. But if it was capable of moving under its own power onto a trailer… EDIT: It's been relisted here
